During the month of celebration in Values Club there are many activities happen in our school...

Some of the activities include the following:One is the poster making contest,then the other one is the cook fest,and they also conducted a free seminar or short program but meaningful held at our Library and the theme is "Developing the Students to improve their skills in drawing and etc...

For me it's not only a program but it help us to improve and enhancer our own talent...

In this celebration I enjoyed watching the Kite Flying Contest held at our Athlethic Field...During those month I have learned much more on the good manners and right conduct of Filipinos because they also conducted a contest held after our flag ceremony...

Therefore, all I can say is Thank You for the Values Teachers for having this program...

''MY TEACHER MY HERO''

Teachers are very important in our daily life especially to us student.They are key for us to success or to achieve our goal in life. We all know that our teachers is known as our second parents. Without the help of our dearest teachers its difficult for us to study,discover,determine and analize everything.
Love,respect, and care our teachers as what we respect our selves and our parents. During the discussions let us listen to them and try to understand so that we know what to do. Dont be lazy in coming to school without the feeling of illness. Pass all the requirements given by our teachers to have a better grade.In every challenges we encountered,our teachers are the one who will help us to conquer.

Adapting to Diverse Science Culture for Development

As a science clubber I can fit in changing times to make the country progressive by sharpening the mind of students by means of having a morning trivia after the flag racing ceremony in the school,like pour school did. I will also encourage people who are interested in science subject to refresh their studies during their time to determine if there are some lessons in scioence left in their mind.
Let us help one another to keep our sorroundings clean. If you see a dirt or trash scattered then you are a responsible person you have to pick-up nor the one who will clean it to help in our environment. Avoid illegal logging,dynamite fishing, and other harmful things to prevent flashfloods, global waming, soil eruption, and other affected phenomenon.
Other said that science is the hardest subject but some said that this subject is enjoyable and full of challenges.!!!!

"Wikang Filipino: Mula BAler Hanggang Sa Buong Bansa"

The Filipino Language is came from Baler, Tayabas, Quezon City, this was established by the late President MANUEL QUEZON. MANUEL QUEZON was the Filipino Language. Every town,province and regions has their own dialect right? but why we have to use the FILIPINO LANGUAGE if we have our own dialect? We, Filipino must use the FILIPINO LANGUAGE beacause,this is very important to us in going to one place to another in our country, Philippines. In our school we should practice to use and speak in FILIPINO LANGUAGE
During the world war when the spaniards came here in our country then Filipino's became an INDIO and they are using the "WIKANG KASTILA". But, our national hero JOSE RIZAL dont want for us to use this language so he fight for our own language against the spaniards.
We Filipino's must proud to be and dont be ashame in our nationality. We must love and care for our own language "FILIPINO" and use it in proper way!!!!

''MY REFLECTION''

I have learned alot during the first quarter. I knew the attitudes of my teachers, friends, classmates and others. I discovered how do they communicate, participate. In the T.L.E subject, I have learned to my teacher Mrs. evelyn Vera Cruz on how to make or create our blog and how to use yhe internet properly and I have observe her kindness to her students. In MAPEH subject, our teacher Mr. Bernard Rabaca told us that all of us will report the lessons in front by group, were also study in the military form and command but, it is okay for me because, I am a CAT officer and I knew already what to do.
The problems or challenges that I have encountered are if how to join with the companions with my classmates. How to folow the rules and regulations of our teachers in school and in our classroom. And how could I finished all the requirements and activities given by our teachers.
I address this challenges by understanding the attitudes of my teachers and my classmates. I study well my lessons so that I can follow all the happenings in the school. And I just joined the companion of my classmates whether they are doing the right.
Proving, on the next grading I will study well my lessons and I will improve all the things that can make me weak. I will do my very best to become a good and responsible student.

''THE IMPORTANCE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE''

The english language is very important to us.Wherever place you go,always use the english language in taking conversation to other people so that they can understand you clearly and rapidly what ever you deliver.They said that english is the universal language out of the country.
Many students of our school (ILOCOS SUR NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL)putting their tags that ''KINDLY SPEAK TO ME IN ENGLISH/FILIPINO'' for the improvement of English language.The teachers are required to the students to put their tags so that when they will talk to one another they will use this language.
Let us try to improve our language by using this international language and by reading and using the dictionary.For our knowledge in going ti other place.And we must use it in proper way.

''WASTONG NUTRISYON KAILANGAN LIFESTYLE DISEASES IWASAN''

Every month of JULY our school tradtionally celebrated the Nutrition Month and the theme for this year is ''WASTONG NUTRISYON KAILANGAN LIFESTYLE DISEASES IWASAN''.The T.L.E department were incharge in this activities so they were busy on preparing different kinds of activities.There are also other activities that the students competing like FOOD FEST,COOK FEST,NUTERITION JINGLE,POSTER MAKING CONTEST and others.When you participate this activities this is additional to your grade in T.L.E subject.
Our healthy body is very important to us for our longer life.But other people don't care about theirselves because they are wasting their time in taking drugs,drinking liqour and smoking.Eventhough it is hard to avoid habbitats we have to try our best to avoid this.To maintain our body healthy we have to eat our balanced diet,regular exercise,and proper hygiene.
